What is an AI playbook?

Are these just prompt collections?
No. Prompts are one component. The larger value is the sequence, context preparation, review protocol, and guardrails surrounding them.
Which AI tools are supported?
The workflows are generally tool-neutral and may be adapted for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or another approved model. Always follow your organization’s technology and data policies.
Can I upload confidential RFPs or proposals?
Only if your organization has explicitly approved the tool and that specific data use. Review confidentiality, privacy, retention, training, location, contractual, and access requirements before uploading anything.
Will AI score or select vendors for me?
The vendor-evaluation materials deliberately keep final scoring, ranking, clarification approval, and award decisions with authorized human evaluators.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. The starter kit includes editable Word and Excel versions. The license permits internal business use and adaptation, subject to the restrictions in the terms.
